Let's Dish! wants to help keep you trim and healthy this summer with lots of new salads and grilled items so check out our menus to see what's on tap for the nice 'n easy days of summer!
Now you can choose a substitution for one of your dinners each week!
And as always:
- All days' meals have 90 grams or less of carbs (we provide "low-glycemic" or good carbs) and 1,200 or less calories
- Meals are delivered to your doorstep or workplace every Tuesday
- All meals are fresh, not frozen, and they don't contain any preservatives whatsoever. They are packaged in microwavable containers for quick, convenient heating and we attach labels to each meal, which include heating instructions and main ingredients, as well as carb, calorie and protein, fiber and fat information.
- The cost of the three-day meal plan (9 meals) is $75/week including delivery. Got a bigger appetite than the average Joe or just need to eat more calories to segue into your weight loss program? We also have portions that are one and a half the size of our standard portion for $95/week, including delivery.
- We are also very glad to make extra servings of the dinners only for other family members so there's no extra cooking at the end of your workday. These meals will cost $6.00 for each regular portion and $7.50 for each larger portion. In order to request these extra meals, please review the menu for the upcoming week and let me know by the preceding Thursday which meals you would like extra servings of, how many servings and what size and we'll deliver them to your doorstep the following Tuesday.
